Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates Our products are sourced from two different locations: our local brick-and-mortar boutique and our drop shipping partners through Sprocket. This means that if you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different days. 1. Products Shipped from our Brick-and-Mortar Boutique These are items we have in stock at our physical store. Standard Shipping: Processing Time: 1-3 business days. Delivery Estimate (within the US): 3-7 business days after the order has been processed. Local In-Store Pickup: If you are local to our boutique, you have the option to pick up your order in person. Processing Time: We will notify you via email when your order is ready for pickup, typically within 1-2 business days. Drop shipped Products (from Sprocket) These products are shipped directly to you from our network of high-quality suppliers, primarily located in the US and Europe. This model allows us to offer a wider variety of items without holding the inventory ourselves. Processing Time: 1-3 business days. Delivery Estimate (within the US and EU): 2-7 business days after the order has been processed. Delivery times can vary depending on the supplier's location and the final destination. International Shipping: For customers outside of the US and EU, delivery times may be longer, typically 7-21 business days. Please be aware that you are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be applied by your country's customs office. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination of your order. If your order contains items from both our brick-and-mortar store and a drop shipping supplier, shipping fees will be combined into a single charge. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly advertised on our website. Important Note: If your order includes both local and drop shipped items, you may receive multiple tracking numbers. Shipping to P.O. Boxes We can ship to P.O. boxes for items sent from our brick-and-mortar store. However, some drop shipping suppliers may have restrictions on shipping to P.O. boxes. If this is the case for an item in your order, we will contact you for an alternative shipping address.
